Established in 2015, Abbazia San Giorgio practices biodynamic farming across 7 hectares, specializing in Zibibbo, Catarratto, Nerello Mascalese, Pignatello, and Alicante varieties. Their natural winemaking approach uses indigenous yeasts and no additives, producing around 20,000 bottles annually.
